Her last name Daniel Jackson Tennyson is the oldest son of George W. Tennyson [b. 1805].. Daniel Jackson [b.1830] left Indiana in 1868 and went to Taney Co., MO; then to Boonville, MO for the birth of several children before he went to Bosque Co., TX. Daniel lived out his life in Hill Co., TX, dying there in 1910. He was buried in Prairie Grove Cemetery. Daniel was the father of 19 children. He had 8 by his first marriage to Sara PHILLIPS. One son from this marriage was the Elijah Tennyson, grandfather of the DNA Test, Lowell Tennyson. Daniel then had 11 children with his second wife, Charlotte, (last name believed to be BRAND). She did not cite a source but had researched the family for many years.
