lb. ABSOLAM TENNISON, and wife SUSANNA
May 4, 1785 - The St. Mary's Co., Md. will of Susanna Tennison. In Tennison, Vol. 2, p. 67, I reported the abstract of Susanna's will that was made by Marion Tennis in which Susanna names her daus. Susanna Morgan, Eleanor Morgan and Margaret Tennison. In Tennison, Vol. 3, p. 64, I reported the abstract of Susanna's will that was made by Linda D. Reno in which Susanna names her daus. Susanna Tennison,
Eleanor Morgan and Margaret Tennison. Because of this discrepancy, in Sep. 2005, Wanda M. Schuhart visited the St. Mary's Co. Courthouse in Leonardtown to read Susanna's original will (St. Mary's Co., Md. Wills, Liber JJ1, pp. 339-40.) Ms. Schuhart reports that Susanna clearly names her daus. Susanna Morgan, Ellenor Morgan and Margaret Tennison. Ms. Schuhart has an interest in getting this right; she is the author of "Morgan Family, from William & Charity Morgan, ca. 1755 to 1900+.
