Jane Ruth HELMS , daughter of Frederick Mathias HELMS and Margaret Kathryn FOX, was born on 23 June 1938 in LaPorte, IN. She died on 23 August 2013 at the age of 75 at NE Methodist Hospital in Live Oak, Bexar TX. ²⁴ She was buried on 13 September 2013 at Fort Sam National Cemetery, Plot: Section C1 Row W5 Site C30 in San Antonio, Bexar Co, TX.
